Pillow cover only. Pillow is not included. If you don’t have a pillow:

If you are looking for a cheaper, “stiffer”, heavier, memory foam pillow: this is what I recommend.

If you are looking for a more traditional Japanese, light-weight, fluffier pillow: this is what I recommend.

I also recommend something like this additional white cover. Tricot can be sheer (see-through) if you don’t have a white sheet for underneath and can serve as an additional barrier to protect the inside.

Material: Tricot – Softer fabric with a bit more stretch but is more sheer/see through. I recommend a plain white sheet underneath if you are using a Bamboo pillow.
